• To secure your place in our build queue, we require a £500 hold payment. This isn’t a deposit — it confirms your slot in line and gets your build moving.

• Once paid, we’ll arrange your design consultation and issue your Part 1 invoice with your finalised design for approval. You can still make small tweaks after paying, and the £500 will be deducted from your total balance.​

• Your estimated lead time begins once your Part 1 invoice is paid in full. Please ensure timely payment to avoid delays.
